As you get to know the Dendro region, the Traveler completes many aranar-related errands. The birth of a new life in Genshin impact is one of those activities. After the healing of Varuna's machine, the life of the forest inhabitants begins to return to its previous course. One of them, Aranakula, has again taken care of a special nursery in Vanaran. Together with their friend, Arakara, the creatures want to grow more viparias and make lanterns out of them for the holiday.
During the quest, you need to find 12 nurseries and collect vasmrti seeds - fragments of the memory of the earth that can help Vanarana "remember viparyas in a dream." In this guide, we will tell you how to start the Genshin Impact quest A New Life, where to find all the nurseries in Sumeru, and how to get the "When Dreams Bloom" achievement.
Quest The birth of a new life: how to start and pass
To receive the quest, start the global task “Aranyaka. Volume II", and then complete the following instructions:
- "Meeting in the forest";
- "World aranar";
- all five stages of the Varuna-gata quest.
Then head to the Aranar Settlement and find the Silapnu Ornamented Stone. Play the Old Lyre for him and switch to Vanaran in a dream. Only in this state of the location can you continue the task "The Birth of a New Life".
Where to find a nursery in Vanaran
Switching to Vanaran in a dream, run to the story marker to the west of the village. After reaching the hollow tree trunk on the left under the rock, go inside to the nursery, which is looked after by Aranakula.
After talking with the aranars, the quest will be completed. During the dialogue, the Traveler will plant one Vasmrti on the garden, and all the rest will need to be found in the territories of Sumeru.
Completing the quest will reward you with 20 Primogems, 10 Pestilence, and 000 Adventure XP.
Although the task itself will be completed immediately after the dialogue, the search for all the other youmrti is just beginning. You need to visit locations in the forests of Sumeru and solve puzzles with beds.
How to solve puzzles with kennels
Nurseries are like lawns with cages in the form of beds, one of which is initially surrounded by Dendro energy. To get a vasmrti seed, stand on the highlighted "starter" bed and walk over all the others so that they bloom.
May bloom only cells covered with yellow grass. When building a route, do not miss lawns with Dendro fireflies - they make empty beds active. If you step in the wrong order, you have to start again.
By the end, when all the cells are covered with flowers, you can collect you death, and after a short cut-scene, you can also collect a regular chest.
Where to find all vasmrti kennels in Genshin Impact [map]
Explore forest nurseries and find youmrti for aranar. In total in nature, Sumeru can be found 12 vasmrti kennels.
Garden bed puzzles are generated randomly, and can change in the same place, even if you exit the game and enter again a day later. Therefore, the routes shown later in the article may differ for different players. Look through all the solutions and find what works for you.
Nursery 1
The first vasmrti nursery is located in the west of the village of aranar. It is most easily reached from the teleportation point in the northeast of Vanarana of the past.
First go around the right edge of the area of four flower beds, and then move straight to the bed with youmrti.
Nursery 2
The second lawn is located in the southeast of Vanarana. Move to the teleport in front of the village entrance and climb to the top of the mountain. Hilichurls spawn near the nursery, which can interfere with solving the puzzle, so it's better to deal with enemies in advance.
Starting from the starting cell, go around it along the flower beds on the left, then move the snake along the beds to the finish line.
Nursery 3
The next third nursery is located on a hill south of the teleporter between the Vanarana of the Past and the Childhood Dream Fragment dungeon.
A rather long route starts from the area in front of the 3x3 square. Go through the cells of the puzzle with the letter "g" to the end of the equilateral "figure". Further from the garden bed, parallel to the starting one, go straight and to the left. Combine all the other flower beds, at the end bending a small tail in front of you.
Nursery 4
Next, move to the Archon Statue in the southwest of Pardis Dhyai. The fourth nursery is located to the east of the monument.
The passage scheme will be built around you. Go right and combine all the flowerbeds in zigzags, then straight along the top line of the puzzle and two cells down from it. Continue to the left, straight ahead and then right to the end. The last bed remains, and you can pick up the trophy.
Nursery 5
Teleport to the mountain in the northeast of the Caravan Ribat. Fifth nursery near the relocation site.
The puzzle is uncomplicated. Go in straight lines to the 2x3 rectangle and go around it along the contour to the left. Then move in straight lines to the next process of youmrti.
Nursery 6
From the location with 5 kennels, fly northwest to the next lawn.
Starting from the starting cell, unite the first part of the field in the form of a three-dimensional letter "c", go to the square surrounding you and go around it on the left side.
Nursery 7
The seventh nursery is also located near the teleporter in the southwest of Yazadaha Pond. Go down south to a clearing with another puzzle.
Quite a difficult puzzle, in which you also need to connect all the beds on the lawn. Having chosen the right direction, follow the route and pick up the reward.
Nursery 8
Another nursery is located on the mountain in front of the reservoir, in the southeast of the teleporter in the Chinvat Gorge area.
Start from the start and go through the cells on the right side of the puzzle, then go to the left side and zigzag to the trophy bed.
Nursery 9
The next ninth nursery is located northeast of the village of Vimara. Teleport to the settlement and run back up the mountain to the hill with the lawn.
A small puzzle in which you first need to go around the starting cell. Then go straight and connect the 2x3 field in the shape of a rectangle. At the end, it remains to walk through the cells with the letter "p" and collect the next seed.
Nursery 10
Another nursery is located above the Dragon of Eternal Calamity arena. Move to the teleporter on Mount Devantaki and go around it to the hill in the northeast.
Another long puzzle: first merge the area to the left of the starting cell, and then follow the bottom part to the right. Follow the path along the edge of the lawn, and at the end, pick up the tenth seed of youmrty.
Nursery 11
Go back to the teleporter on Mount Devantaki. Then fly to the lowlands in the west of the area.
Use the hint on the screenshot to solve the penultimate puzzle and get another seed of youmorty.
Nursery 12
The final nursery can be found in the northwest of Port Ormos. Just fly down from the teleporter from the mountain above the settlement.
Zigzag around the lawn first, following the route in the screenshot, and then go through the long row of cells in a spiral, ending on a bush with the last plant.
Not counting the sprout that was planted at the beginning of the quest "The Origin of Life", there should be all of them 12. If you don't have enough, but all locations have already been checked, try exiting the main loading screen, wait at least 10 minutes, and then check the integrity of the files. After that, go back into the game and go through all the places with nurseries.
How to get the When Dreams Bloom achievement
When all twelve yousmrti have been collected, return to the village of aranar to the main nursery of Aranakula. Before doing this, check that the location is in Vanarana mode in a dream. Post all available seedlings along the beds. Next you have to wait one real day.
It is also worth completing the Utsava Celebration quest to get the accompanying achievement without any problems.
Returning to the nursery in Wanaran, you can find that all the planted seeds have blossomed. Approach the aranars and listen to the dialogue, after which the achievement "When dreams bloom". Along with the achievement, you will be rewarded with 20 primogems and the Viparias decor for the Kettle of Serenity.
And if you come to the place in the usual Vanaran, you will see a field of sugar flowers, with which the quest "Give flowers" is connected.
