What is Imaginarium Theater

Imaginarium Theater - ongoing content reminiscent of the Twisted Abyss. It is available to all players who have reached a certain adventure rank, and consists of 8 levels in which you need to destroy enemies by fulfilling certain conditions. Unlike the Abyss, you cannot use any characters in the Theater, the challenges have strict rules, and the rewards are not limited to source stones.

How to open the Imaginarium Theater

The Imaginarium Theater is located in the Lisa Library in Mondstadt, but you can only get there after reaching 35th adventure rank. For players of a lower level, the doors to the hidden location will be sealed.

Lobby of the Imaginarium Theater

When you get to the Imaginarium Theater, you will see a huge hall in which you can find the following:

• At the tables and near the library shelves there are guest characters reading books and ready to chat with the hero.
• Waiting at the counter is the concierge Little Wolf, a soft toy who will tell you the rules of the tests and give out rewards for their successful completion.

The entire location is made in a fairy-tale style and relates to the Witch’s Sabbath, reminiscent of an endless library.

The first season of the Imaginarium Theater

The Imaginarium Theater season changes on the 1st of every month, and along with it, the theme rotates, affecting the conditions and guest characters. In Season 1, you can expect heroes, blessings, and rewards that you may not be able to get in the future.

Challenge Characters

Opening characters - several guest heroes who are available throughout the season. From them you will have to assemble a squad for battles, and if some character is not in the collection, then they will give you a trial level 80 with a signature weapon and talents pumped up to level 8.

There are 1 heroes available in Season 6:

• Arlecchino;
• Thoma;
• Clorinde;
• Cookie Shinobu;
• Faruzan;
• Wanderer.

Also appearing in the tests special guest characters - these are trial heroes that are not associated with the conditions of the season, but are available for selection. These characters must be on your account, there are 4 of them in total:

• Baizhu;
• Alhaitham;
• Sigewinne;
• Wriothesley.

In addition, there is another type of heroes that you can take into battle.

Support characters

Support characters - these are heroes who must also participate in trials and can be selected if:

• is in my own collection;
• taken from a friend.

Each player can display up to 7 of their characters, which can be used by users from their friends list.

Support characters must meet the requirements of the season, that is, be needed by the elements: in July it is Pyro, Electro и Anemo elements.

Fantastic blessings

Fantastic blessings - These are buffs that are given to the characters who open the show. They change every month depending on the theme of the season and affect the characteristics of the heroes both inside the Theater and during the passage of the Twisted Abyss and exploration of the open world.

In July, characters on the unlock list receive 20% bonus to health, attack and defense from their maximum values. For the buff to take effect, the hero must be in the squad.

Secrets of acting

One of the rewards that you will be able to receive after completing the Imaginarium Theater is acting secrets. These are poses for characters that can be purchased from Teen Wolf for toy medals and used in photo mode.

The characters change every season: poses are available in July Noelle, Raiden, Genie, Ayato, Xiang Ling и Chun Yun.

How to complete the Imaginarium Theater in Genshin Impact

When you enter the location, look on the central table Tome of Illusions - a magic book that will launch the test. Select heroes and difficulty level and start the event to complete the Imaginarium Theater and receive rewards.

Test rules

Start the challenge and follow certain rules to complete it successfully:

• Before entering the battle, you will need to select all the heroes from the “opening the show” list, and then several characters from the “standby mode” section: depending on the difficulty, there can be 10, 14 or 18. From this list you will then have to choose companions for battle.
• Every hero has 2 Zeal. When you place a character in a squad, 1 energy is spent, and if you use all of it, the companion can no longer be added to the team.
• The first battle begins with characters opening the show, and as the floors progress, new heroes will appear from the waiting list.
• For completing the rooms they give out Fantasy Flowers, which are spent on accessing side events.
• For each level, stars are awarded: you can earn them by completing the test in a certain amount of time. 75-90 seconds is enough to earn 1 star in one test. Stars do not affect rewards, but are displayed on your profile.

Events

For successful completion of each level you are awarded Fantasy Flowers, which can be spent on buff events:

• Assistants: in the character selection, a random hero with a full charge of Zeal appears in the team.
• Reinforcements: Take a buff for the active unit.
• Puzzles: Gives the team a random powerful buff or debuff.

You can open 1 of any of these effects at the end of each level.

Difficulty levels

There are 3 difficulty levels in total, and each has its own conditions:

• Easy: Required to take 10 heroes and complete 3 floors.
• Average: There are already 14 characters available who have reached level 60, and to finish you need to go through 6 rooms.
• Complicated: there are already 18 heroes from level 70 participating here and you need to complete all 8 floors.

At any time, the test can be restarted, or you can change the squad and start over. Unused heroes have 2 charges of Zeal, which are spent on recruiting them: that is, one character can only be hired 2 times. Also be prepared that bosses await the team at levels 3, 6 and 8.

Rewards

The reward for completing the Imaginarium Theater for the first time is 1100 source stones, weak resin, experience books and a box with a preparation, and each subsequent time you will be given:

• primogems ×620;
• talent books: Teachings ×30 and Directions ×15;
• Mora ×350;
• sacred essence ×15.

In addition, for the 3rd, 6th and 8th floors you will receive toy medals, which can be exchanged with Little Wolf for acting secrets, and the number of levels completed will be displayed in the profile.
