- redirect the energy to the camera located on the left side of Galvaret;
- point the camera at the gear pattern;
- read the encrypted message.
Find the culprit
To find the culprit, move to the southern teleport in the prison. Head towards the western tunnel, climb the ladder and move forward along the pipe. Then turn right, the culprit will be standing there. Approach him and start a dialogue, and after Clynes confesses to his crime, escort him to the guards.
Talk to Galvaret: Should Clynes be extradited?
During the dialogue, the Traveler will need to make a decision: to hand over Clynes or not.
