Onikabuto stand out from the crowd with their purple coloring , massive horn , and the pattern on their back reminiscent of a vicious demon. Despite their menacing appearance, they are among the most harmless inhabitants of Teyvat, fighting only among themselves in bug fights.

Onikabuto inhabit caves, tree roots, beaches, and other various places in Inazuma. The map below shows where Onikabuto dwell.
As you can see, the insects are far apart. To speed up the collection process, include two Anemo characters in your party . With the appropriate resonance, the entire party's speed will increase.
Detailed list of useful characters:
- Goro - with the help of a passive effect, marks curiosities on the map, thereby facilitating the search in case of difficulty.
- Keiya/Razor/Sekanoin Heizo/Kazuha - These characters run 20% longer.
- Rosary - the speed of the squad will be increased from 18:00 to 6:00 in-game time.

When planning a squad, consider whether the combination of the listed characters will be effective in combat . To do this, evaluate their leveling and, if necessary, transfer artifacts and weapons from other, more powerful heroes.
It's also worth noting the benefits of foods that reduce stamina consumption . It's a good idea to stock up on these foods before farming.
Sayray Island
Onikabuto's only habitat in Seirai is Amakumo Peak (Mount Tenkumo).
From the teleportation point, located at the very top, you need to fly down to the selected target. Turn right and continue along the coast. At the very end, along the sandy path, we get to a smaller island and go around the last two places.
All six bugs will be easy to spot, as they're perched in the trees . However, don't get too comfortable. Among the rocks and on the beach are hordes of ghosts , treasure thieves , and Fatui , all of whom can hinder your insect hunt.
Narukami Island
Narukami is the most populous monastery in Onikabuto. There are seven gathering routes in total.
We go to the capital and immediately from the teleport we go down into the cave.
Keeping to the left, we enter groove, there will be 2 bugs at the entrance, the rest to the right.
Further on the beach we select another bug.
He will sit on a dry tree trunk.
Near the Villages of Konda there is another individual.
From the same point you can go to the foot of His Mountain , collecting a few more.
There will also be one beetle on the tree near the Araumi ruins.
It will be located on the path opposite the Fatui camp.
At Narukami Temple , you must descend the stairs, paying attention to the trees and roots.
After collecting all the Onikabuto at the top of the mountain , jump into the stone Electro Rift and land on the large driftwood. Carefully navigate the driftwood and farm the remaining ones.
There's another path leading from the temple . Fly right to a smaller mountain , then descend to a small shrine . From there, head northwest to the Hall of Flowing Sand dungeon.
Finally, we head to the Komisato estate . The first Onikabuto is sitting on a rock by the beach; you'll have to travel by waverunner to find the others. Be careful, the anchorage is guarded by Nobushi.
Upon arriving at the first island, descend into the cave where the bugs are located. It's important to pick up the Electrogranum at the entrance to avoid damage from Electro.
Kannazuka Island
On Kannazuka Island, you must cross four main paths to collect all the bugs.
First of all, we head to Kudze's camp and from the teleportation point we go around it as in the screenshot.
The last two will sit on one tree.
Afterwards we teleport to the edge of the hill and while going down we pick up all the bugs.
Almost at the very beginning of the path, you'll have to pass through an Electro Field , which requires activating Electrogranum. There are no special conditions in the rest of the path.
We return to the starting point and head to the heart of Tatarasuna.
It is better to take the beetle on the roof first, and then dive into the hole, collecting beetles on the walls.
To collect the remaining bugs, head to the designated teleportation point . The first two locations are on elevated ground.
Afterwards you need to go down and walk towards the beach , passing the possessed samurai.
Yasiori Island
There are three main collection routes on Yashiori Island .
First, head to the Maple Hall dungeon and head north to Musojin Gorge . Pick up the beetle on the tree , then move along the edge of the gorge , continuing to collect from the upper protruding branches.
While farming in this area, characters will gradually die under the influence of the electric field . To avoid death, it's necessary to periodically restore health with food or a healer.
We head back to Maple Hall and this time we circle the highest mountain on the island.
At the end we go down to the Dzyakotsu Mine and take the last beetle.
We teleport to the selected point and immediately remove the beetle from the tree behind.
Next we move towards the remains of the snake's head , going from the neck to the tip of the skull.
You can get 79 beetles in just one full clear . After that, you need to wait three days ; after that, they will reappear at the same spots. If urgently needed, you can continue farming along the same route in other players' worlds . It's always worth asking the world owner beforehand if this is okay, as they may also need the resource.
