How to get Kazuha in Genshin Impact
Kazuha can be obtained in the first half of update 2.8 from his temporary banner via event prayers. He will also be accompanied by the new character Heizo.
Strengths and weaknesses of Kazuha
Key benefits that will help you in battles and exploration:
- relatively inexpensive cost of the ult (60 units);
- increases the damage of the entire squad;
- elemental skill allows you to dodge enemy attacks;
- talents and abilities make it easier to explore the world;
- can be adapted to most commands;
- good own damage.
The main disadvantages that are important to consider:
- does not work with characters that play from physical and Geo damage;
- poorly fills the energy of teammates.
Kazuha's abilities and talents
Normal Attack: Performs five sword strikes.
Charged Attack : Consumes a certain amount of stamina and performs a swift sword strike with increased damage.
Elemental Skill : When pressed quickly, uses a secret technique, pulling nearby enemies to its location. It then deals Anemo damage and launches them into the air, allowing for a powerful falling attack, Midare Ranzan.
A long press has the same properties, but takes longer to recharge. It allows you to deal higher Anemo damage that hits an even larger area.
E-shku can be used not only in combat, but also when exploring the world to climb a hill, use it during a flight to climb, or use a tunnel to collect dropped items from enemies in a pile.
Attack in the fall of Midare ranzan :
- activated if you press an attack within 10 seconds. after applying the E-shki (it is necessary that the character is in flight);
- damage is converted to Anemo and is calculated from the attack rate in the fall;
- after landing, the hero creates a small funnel that pulls objects and mobs.
Elemental Burst : Deals AoE damage with the Anemo element and creates a massive field. Enemies within it periodically take Anemo damage. When interacting with all elements except Geo, it deals additional damage of the absorbed element (only one element at a time).
Passive Talents:
| Talent | Bonuses |
|---|---|
| Soumon Swordsmanship | A falling attack made with the E-shki when interacting with Cryo, Hydro, Pyro and Electro elements deals an additional 200% damage from the attack power of the corresponding element (only absorbs one element at a time). |
| The poetry of the songs of the wind | When creating the Dispel Reaction, grants all party members a bonus of absorbed elemental damage equal to 0.04% per point of Kazuha's Elemental Mastery. The bonus of different elements can be combined and lasts 8 seconds. |
| Cloud Strider | When Kazuha is in a squad, grants a bonus to the active character that causes stamina to be consumed 20% slower while sprinting. The effect cannot stack with other passive talents that grant the same buff. |
Constellations of Kazuha and which one is worth knocking out
| number | Constellation | bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Scarlet Hills | The rollback time of the E-shki is reduced by 10%, and is also instantly reset after using the ult. |
| 2 | Yamaarashi Tailwind | Ulta is endowed with the following properties:
|
| 3 | Maple Monogatari | + 3 levels to E-shki talents (max. 15 levels). |
| 4 | Oozora Genpou | When Kazuha's energy is below 45:
|
| 5 | Wisdom of Bansei | +3 levels to ult talents (max. 15 levels). |
| 6 | Crimson Momiji | Activating Elemental Burst and Elemental Skill infuses Anemo's Sword with Infusion for 5 seconds. Additionally increases the damage dealt by normal, charged and falling attacks by 0.2% of Kazuha's MS. |
Kazuha is a great character even without his constellations. To further enhance the bonus he provides to the team, we recommend getting a second constellation . This will allow you to place the samurai in reaction-based packs. In addition to increasing the team's MS, the elemental damage bonus will also increase.
Resources for leveling Kazuha and the priority of enhancing talents
Elevation materials
For maximum leveling, you will need 432 Hero Experience books, 1 mora, and also:
Talent Materials
To pump all the talents, you need 4 Mora, as well as:
Talent development priority
You need to pump all the talents, but the priority is the ult (lvl 9) and E-shka (lvl 8-9), which need to be pumped parallel to each other. Normal attacks can be left at level 6-7. They affect the damage that a samurai will deal with an improved falling attack.
Also note that Second Order Reactions are calculated based on level, so Kazuha himself needs to be leveled up to 90.
Best builds for Kazuha in Genshin Impact
Best Artifacts
Selection of stats in artifacts
Kazuha is able to play the role of a support and sup-dd. Based on this, the most efficient assembly will change.
- Sap-dd - prioritizes crit chance. hits, crit damage and attack power. This will increase your own damage, but there will be less benefit for the squad.
- Support - the main stat mastery of the elements (the more the better). This Kazuha is easier to assemble, and it is not inferior to pumping into crits. Your own damage will be less, but a well-chosen pack will deal much more damage due to bonuses.
- Hybrid build - you can also balance MC and crits by trying to find a middle ground.
| Artifact | Main stat | Additional stats |
|---|---|---|
Flower of Life | HP |
|
Plume of Death | ATK |
|
Sands of Eon | Attack Power% (Sup-DD) or MS (Support) |
|
Goblet of Eonothem | Bonus Anemo Damage or MS |
|
Circlet of Logos | Crete. damage/crit chance hits or MS |
|
Best Weapons
| Weapon | What does the character look like | Rarity | Main characteristics | Passive Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freedom-Sworn | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| +10% damage dealt. Calling a reaction gives the equipped character 1 Talisman of Empowerment. You can get levels even when the character is not on the battlefield, but no more than once every 0.5 seconds. After collecting 2 levels, they disappear, increasing the damage of normal / charged / falling attack of all teammates by 16% - 32%, and attack power by 20% - 40% for 12 seconds. After activating the bonus, you can get new talismans only after 20 seconds. The best option for Kazuha in any role. Strengthens the character equipped with this sword and gives additional buffs to all members of the squad. | |
| Primordial Jade Cutter | ![]() | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Increases health by 20%-40%. Additionally gives an attack equal to 1.2%–2.4% of maximum HP. Not a bad option for a sup-dd build with a huge amount of crit chance. hits. |
| Iron Sting | ![]() | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Increases damage by 6%-12% for 6 seconds. after the character equipped with this weapon deals elemental damage. The bonus can stack up to 2 times and occurs once every 1 second. The best free option that can be crafted at the alchemy table. Doesn't give team buffs, but gives Kazuha almost the same stats as his signature. In addition, it does not need to be elevated, since this will not give a significant increase in damage. |
| Sacrificial Sword | ![]() | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Casting E-shki has a 40%-80% chance to instantly restore its own cooldown every 30-16 seconds. It will help to exclude searches for SE in artifacts, and will also become a replacement for the first constellation. |
| The Black Sword | ![]() | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| +20%–40% Charged Attack Damage. Crete. hit with a normal or charged attack restores health equal to 60% - 100% of attack power every 5 sec. Option for the SUP-DD build from the Battle Pass. It will take a long time to get copies for awakening. |
| The Alley Flash | ![]() | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| +12%–24% damage dealt. If the character is hit by an attack, the bonus disappears for 5 seconds. Use only until there is no more suitable option. Too little MS and an unstable passive that requires a shield or constant dodge. |
| Dark Iron Sword | ![]() | ⭐⭐⭐ |
| Inflicting the Overload, Charged, Superconductor, and Electro Dispel statuses increases attack power by 20%–40% for 12 seconds. A good option at the start of the game or in the absence of alternatives. Even Flashes in the Dark are more useful. Another advantage of this weapon is its ease of obtaining. It is enough to talk to the trader Sharp Chen in Li Yue (choose "how to trade?"). |
Characters and team lineup for Kazuha in Genshin Impact
| Character | Element | Weapon | Why is it suitable |
|---|---|---|---|
Yae Miko | Electro | Catalyst: | The skill is able to permanently inflict Electro status, which Kazuha will dispel. |
Fischl | Electro | Bow | As with Yae Miko, Raven Oz deals decent damage and hangs up Electro for most of the fight. |
Cookie Shinobu | Electro | One-handed sword | E-shki ring heals and hangs Electro on nearby enemies for the duration of the fight. If you have a set, Millelite will give an additional bonus. |
Bay Doe | Electro | Claymore | Periodically deals Electro damage that Kazuha will dispel. |
Zhongli | Geo | Polearm | The only Geo character that fits in almost every pack. Gives a shield and cuts resistances, further increasing the damage of the squad. |
Ayaka | Cryo | One-handed sword | One of the most powerful damage dealers in the game. Kazuha will solve the main problem of the heroine - pulling enemies together so that they cannot escape from the whirlwind of Elemental Explosion, which accounts for 70% of her damage. |
Ganyu | Cryo | Bow | Deals high Cryo damage and causes reactions in combination with other elements. The ult hits a large area and serves as a constant source of Cryo. |
Diona | Cryo | Bow | Increases squad survivability and can maintain Cryo status. |
Rosaria | Cryo | Polearm | Additional source of crit chance. hits and cryo statuses. |
Kokomi | Hydro | Catalyst: | E-shka will give a passive source of Hydro and healing. |
Yelan | Hydro | Bow | Powerful active character boost and Hydro Reactor. |
Xingqiu | Hydro | One-handed sword | A budget option that will replace Ye Lan. |
Tartaglia | Hydro | Bow | A strong damage dealer that, under Kazuha's buffs, will deal devastating damage. |
Klee | Pyro | Catalyst: | Has access to the Pyro element all the time, which allows Kazuha to effectively dispel this element. |
Yanfei | Pyro | Catalyst: | It will become an alternative to Klee, although it distributes Pyro worse. |
Diluc | Pyro | Claymore | A cheap ultimate allows you to infuse Pyro's sword on cooldown. It will become a good damage dealer in a pack with reactors and power-ups from Kazuha. |
Hu Tao | Pyro | Polearm | Thanks to Kazuha, he will be able to create even more powerful reactions and set new damage records with his ult. |
Bennett | Pyro | One-handed sword | Together with the second Pyro, the hero will increase attack by 25% due to resonance. Also gives a powerful attack bonus and heal to the active character who is in the area of his ult. |
Xiangling | Pyro | Polearm | He has a powerful ult that works even after changing the character, hits all surrounding enemies and constantly hangs Pyro status on enemies. |
Team samples
Samurai will fit into almost any pack, but it's important to keep a couple of nuances in mind :
- not very good as a battery, as it is difficult to catch the particles with another character;
- The elemental damage bonus can only be obtained for an element that Kazuha can dispel. Accordingly, in Geo and Phys. it is better not to put packs.
| The backbone of the group | Sap-dd | Support | Support | Group features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Hu Tao | Xingqiu | Kazuha | Zhongli | Kazuha will replace Sucrose in this unit. Ideally, if he has 2 constants, there is not much benefit for Hu Tao without MC distribution. |
Ayaka | Ayato | Kazuha | Diona | Cryo Resonance and Permanent Freeze to prevent enemies from escaping Ayaka's vortex. Kazuha will help to gather enemies together and increase Cryo damage. |
Tartaglia | Xiangling | Kazuha | Bennett | Powerful pack with Pyro Resonance, buffs and reaction Par. Kazuha will play the role of a support here, pulling enemies together and increasing the damage of Tartaglia and Xiang Ling. Ulta Xiang Ling is important to activate exclusively under Bennett's ult. |
Diluc | Xingqiu | Kazuha | Bennett | Another option for the Steam reaction with a bunch of buffs and a coupler that allows you to attack several opponents at once. |
Yanfei | Xiangling | Kazuha | Bennett | A roasting pack in which Kli can be replaced with Eimiya, Dilyuk or Kli. Thanks to one element, you can ult on cooldown. The only problem is the elemental Pyro enemies, but many of the rooms in the Abyss are handled very well by the party. |
Keqing | Fischl | Kazuha | Zhongli | Doubled Electro damage thanks to Kazuha and Zhong Li. |
Yae Miko | Bay Doe | Kazuha | Kokomi | A unit with a permanent reaction call is Charged and increased Electro damage. |
Kazuha | Kaeya | Lisa | Barbara | A free team in which Kazuha will play the role of the main damage dealer with supporting functions. Keia will deal extra damage and create a Superconductor reaction thanks to Lisa's ult. Barbara will take care of the survivability of the squad and the imposition of Hydro status for reactions. |
Ganyu | Mona | Kazuha | Diona | Kazuha will inflate Cryo, increasing Gan Yu's damage. Mona will cast Omen and Hydro to freeze. Dione will pour energy, give shields and heal. Thanks to the resonance and the Lost in the Blizzard set on Gan Yu, you can fully collect it in crits. |
Klee | Ganyu | Kazuha | Bennett | In this unit, it is important that Gan Yu can constantly maintain Elemental Explosion on the battlefield. Kazuha will buff Pyro, pull enemies and bombs. Kli under Bennett's ult will do the main damage. |
Kazuha | Rosaria | Venti | Bennett | Revolver detachment with a powerful coupler. |
Kazuha | Mona | Fischl | Zhongli | Another great option for a skill-only team. |
How to play Kazuha
Kazuha has simple mechanics and combines several functions. The main buttons to press on cooldown are E and her ultimate. Pull enemies in and use Elemental Burst . While it's active, your teammates deal increased damage.
In addition to distributing an elemental damage bonus to group members, the samurai does good damage even with a weak build, so he can be put on the role of a secondary damage dealer. In this case, you will need to farm artifacts longer. Otherwise, the gameplay does not differ from the role of a support.
Is it worth it to knock out Kazuha
Kazuha is a great support or sap-dd who can fit into almost any squad. Also, crafted weapons are the best choice after signature, which makes it much easier to assemble. The only difficulty in leveling it in the early stages is the need to open Inazuma.
The release of the samurai was in update 1.6, but the hero is still not inferior to the new characters in relevance. Players continue to take him into the Twisted Abyss and set new records thanks to buffs. Take a test run to try it out for yourself. If you like the skills, knock it out without hesitation. The character will be useful for any account.
